I wanted dessert Sunday night so I put this together in about 45 minutes.
It's this tart crust recipe (spread freeform and baked on a cookie sheet), some non-fat vanilla yogurt, and berry sauce (frozen strawberries and blueberries heated together with a little cornstarch and honey and then cooled). I think some fancy vanilla custard would make this an excellent dessert for company as well but with the yogurt and whole wheat flour it's actually pretty healthy, for a dessert. :)
