Mom and I worked for a couple of hours each day for two days in a row and got all of the remaining ripe oats harvested. There's still the second, smaller planting that I think will be ready in 3-4 weeks.
The straw is drying on the denuded bed.
I wonder what this volume will reduce to once it's threshed and winnowed. It's a pretty heavy tote right now.
