Local snow peas (first from the garden) and local beef (first steak from the new quarter)
We marinated a steak in oyster sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder and then grilled it. The peas had some of the leftover marinade poured over them as Q cooked them in the grill basket. Served over rice, it turned out as a yummy early summer meal. I need to plant more snow peas next year. I fear that none of this harvest will make it to the freezer.
